Join us at one of our social support groups to connect with peer volunteer facilitators and other moms.  This is an informal time for both pregnant women & moms who are in their postpartum period to share how they are feeling and find resources.  Arrive when you can and stay for as long as you want. Our Warm Line is a great way of getting support from the comfort of your own home.  Call or text (971) 301-2678, or email, leave a brief message and one of our volunteers will get back to you as soon as possible (within 24 hours).  If you have an emergency please call the NWHS crisis hotline, (503) 581-5535 or dial 911.
